Our Family Welcomes You and Your Family

At Wilcox Family Medicine, Dr. Wilcox cares about creating an environment where your healthcare is the priority from the moment you enter our doors. Our support staff strives for consistently high levels of patient satisfaction.  We know your time is valuable, so Dr. Wilcox makes sure he offers hours that work for you, and he runs on-time. Of course, there are urgent matters that can alter the day’s plan, but appointments are at the time you scheduled almost always. We pride ourselves on being prompt in attending your needs.

Our front desk staff understands how difficult it can be to deal with your health insurance claims—especially when you do not feel well. So, we make the insurance process as easy as possible. When you call or come in, you speak directly with someone eager and trained to help you.  We advocate for our patients with insurance companies..

Wilcox Family Practice nurses offer assistance with medication refills, blood draws for laboratory evaluation, blood pressure checks, and any other medical issues you may have. Our entire staff works together to make sure your experience at our practice is comfortable, efficient, thorough and as we mentioned earlier, earns your highest ratings for satisfaction.

“Being available to my patients is part of who I am as a doctor. I do not view being a physician as my profession, I view it as a big part my identity. If a patient needs me, I am here to respond to them. We always can schedule same day appointments when needed.”
