Our front desk staff understands how difficult it can be to deal with your health insurance claims—especially when you do not feel well. So, we make the insurance process as easy as possible. When you call or come in, you speak directly with someone eager and trained to help you. We advocate for our patients with insurance companies..
Wilcox Family Practice nurses offer assistance with medication refills, blood draws for laboratory evaluation, blood pressure checks, and any other medical issues you may have. Our entire staff works together to make sure your experience at our practice is comfortable, efficient, thorough and as we mentioned earlier, earns your highest ratings for satisfaction.
